Background/Experience/Abilities

Our ideal candidate should have the following background:

• 8+ years in a senior sales position for a Training and/or Management Consulting provider
• Extraordinary client focus
• Deep knowledge of sales training, selling skills, sales process, and sales operations preferred
• High level of business acumen
• Experience selling complex and intangible solutions
• Experience selling large deals at the executive level (to existing and prospective clients)
• Relationships with executive-level sales and training professionals within Fortune 1000 organizations
• Ability to drive deals forward in a competitive, complex environment
• Demonstrated track record of managing and growing accounts
• Consistent track record of overachieving against goals
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Strong personal impact and presentation skills
• Strong attention to detail
• High level of initiative, and proven ability to work independently
